About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Collections, you will be responsible for contacting customers to follow up on outstanding debts and supporting resolution through professional and effective communication. This role requires confidence, clarity in communication, and the ability to handle customer conversations in a respectful and solution-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and dues
• Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve payment-related queries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Follow defined processes and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases and commitments
• Meet performance metrics related to call handling, recovery targets, and quality standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (XII)
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered

Key Skills

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally
