- Provide accurate information regarding account status and payment options.
- Document customer communication and payment commitments as per process guidelines.
- Follow collections procedures, service expectations, and escalation rules.
- Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive or overdue account conversations.
- Support customers by guiding them through payment steps and clarifying account-related queries.
- Adapt to shift schedules as required to support operational needs.
