Job Description:

About the Role

This is a non-voice chat support role where you will assist customers through real-time messaging platforms. The position requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple conversations while maintaining quality and response benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat support platforms.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and well-structured written responses.
  • Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
  • Document case details accurately in CRM systems.
  • Follow defined service guidelines and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex cases as per process requirements.
  • Maintain productivity, response time, and accuracy benchmarks.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of high School (XII) from a recognized board. Graduates are preferred.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of chat customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong command of written English language.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in text-based formats.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Excellent written English proficiency is required.
  • Clear comprehension and structured response drafting skills are essential.

Other Requirements

  • Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy.
