Job Description – Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate role involves live support for cardholders, assisting them with inquiries related to their payment card and benefits accounts. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, including transaction history, card status, balance inquiries, and much more. You’ll work with cardholders to ensure their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Overview of the Customer Service Associate’s Responsibilities at Fusion CX in Spindale, NC:

  • Provide live support to cardholders, answering questions regarding transaction history, balance inquiries, card status, and benefits accounts.

Job Requirements – Customer Service Associate
