Job Description

  • Provide live support to cardholders, addressing inquiries related to transaction history, card status, balance inquiries, and more.
  • Take appropriate actions on accounts to assist cardholders effectively.
  • Build rapport with customers and forge strong relationships by creating connections through multiple touchpoints.
  • Effectively translate complex information to ensure cardholders understand their accounts.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualities

  • Excellent communication and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to build quick rapport with customers.
  • Experience in working with a mature adult population (65+)
  • Ability to effectively translate complex information.
  • Flawless Data Entry Skills
  • Ability to forge strong relationships by creating connections through multiple touchpoints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 wpm
  • Successful completion of pre-employment tests

  • 2 years of customer service background
  • 6 months of Call Center experience
