About the Role
As a Soundboard Agent, you will use a pre-recorded soundboard system to interact with potential customers, ensuring a seamless and professional conversation flow throughout each call. All scripts and rebuttals are provided — your focus is on accurate call handling, proper call disposition, and consistent execution of the client-defined question flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a pre-recorded soundboard system to conduct outbound interactions with potential customers.
- Answer all client-provided questions accurately and in the correct sequence.
- Follow all provided scripts and rebuttals to ensure a professional and seamless conversation flow.
- Ensure all calls are properly handled and correctly disposed of in accordance with process guidelines.
- Maintain focus and productivity targets throughout assigned shifts.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet campaign objectives.
Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education
- At least a High School graduate.
Experience & Skills
- BPO experience is not required — fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems during live calls.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced call environment.
- Strong focus and attention to call handling accuracy and proper disposition.
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude.
Language & Communication Requirements
- Average oral and written communication skills in English required.

- Willingness to work night shifts, including holidays.
