About the Role

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Experience: Freshers can be considered. Prior experience in BPO, customer service, e-commerce, voice support, or chat support will be an added advantage.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Blended Support: Comfortable handling both voice calls and chat interactions
