Job Description:

About the Role
You will manage inbound and outbound interactions related to order status, scheduling, updates, and issue resolution. The position requires strong English proficiency, careful documentation, and the ability to triage customer enquiries efficiently while staying calm in varied scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial triage of customer requests and clarify order-related questions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers over phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond with professionalism even in challenging interactions.
  • Manage transactional queues for order service, scheduling, and status enquiries.
  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to resolve or route customer concerns.
  • Identify causes of order delays and escalate appropriately.
  • Provide end-to-end resolution management for assigned cases.
  • Monitor emails and chats; respond within defined timelines.
  • Support feedback loops across operations and technology teams.
    Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Recent Graduate
  • Experience: 0–2 years of call center/customer service experience (preferably telecom). However, freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to stay composed and empathetic under pressure
  • Competency with Microsoft tools and documentation
  • Shift: US shift
  • Work Mode: Work from office (WFO)
