Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent at Fusion CX in Spindale, you will be critical in providing exceptional support to first responders using a private nationwide high-speed wireless broadband network. This network is dedicated to public safety and for their exclusive use. This private network is designed to cut through the clutter of commercial traffic and allow secure and reliable wireless communication. It is a critical role, and in this customer service agent position in Spindale, you will perform the following duties to support the first responder’s network:
