Job Description – Customer Service Agent

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent – First Responder Support, you will assist first responders with access to a private, high-speed wireless broadband network designed exclusively for public safety communication. Your role is vital in ensuring their secure and reliable connectivity, free from commercial traffic interruptions. You will work in a secure, paperless environment, handling confidential information and navigating CRM and billing systems with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Maintain a high level of reliability and adhere to a consistent work schedule
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks while managing inbound calls
  • Operate within a secure, paperless environment
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and network information
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with strong verbal skills
  • Accurately and thoroughly record relevant information with 30 WPM typing skill
  • Navigate CRM and billing systems with proficiency

Job Requirements – Customer Service Agent
