Job Description – Customer Service Agent
About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent – Emergency Services, you’ll assist first responders across the country by providing real-time support, accurate information, and secure, reliable communication services. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team working in a secure, paperless call center environment in Florida.
Your Responsibilities
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be highly reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Ability to multitask while handling inbound calls
- Work effectively in a secure and paperless environment
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Speak clearly with strong verbal communication skills
- Accurately and completely record relevant information
- Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute
- Experience using CRM and billing systems preferred
