Key Responsibilities

  • Take calls from the inbound call queue
  • Triage customer issues to identify the root cause
  • Work toward resolving customer issues during the interaction
  • Collect outstanding balances as required
  • Correct verification and eligibility-related issues
  • Perform troubleshooting based on customer concerns
  • Track and place customer orders accurately
  • Complete line transfers when requested
  • Address general customer questions clearly and professionally

Job Requirements – Customer Service Agent

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Ability to thrive in a high-call-volume setting
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • Must be able to work in-person in Boca Raton, FL
  • Flexible to work 10- or 12-hour shifts, including weekends as required
  • On-the-job training provided
  • Entry-level applicants welcome
  • Applicants with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

  • Must be highly reliable and able to work on different schedules consistently
  • Ability to multitask while receiving inbound calls
