Job Description:

Key responsibilities of Oriental Arabic & English-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Casablanca, Morrocco:

  • Provide customer-focused service to our clientele in a full-time, on-site position of customer service advisor in Casablanca.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional telephone etiquette and manner and offer comprehensive support to valued customers in every interaction.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and effective communication to fulfill job responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role of Oriental Arabic & English-speaking Customer Service Advisor must possess the following qualifications, skills, and qualities:

  • A minimum educational qualification required is Bac + 2
  • Proficiency in both English and Oriental Arabic.
  • Customer-focused service, customer satisfaction, and customer support skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid passport.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts if required.
