About the Role

As a Customer Sales Advisor / Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer leads end-to-end, communicating progress clearly, and ensuring accurate and timely resolutions within defined service timelines. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work assigned leads end-to-end and manage customer expectations throughout the interaction lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep customers informed about task progress
  • Ensure quick, accurate resolutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
  • Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures defined by the line of business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of systems, tools, and processes
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Build strong rapport with customers and internal stakeholders across teams
  • Demonstrate customer-centric behavior in every interaction
  • Apply active listening and structured problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively

Graduate Candidates

  • Freshers are eligible
  • Sales or service experience preferred
  • Experience in automobile or BPO environments is an advantage

Language Requirements

Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is required:

  • Tamil
  • Telugu
  • Malayalam
  • Kannada
