About the Role
You will manage customer enquiries related to suspended services, billing questions, and order-level clarifications. The role includes voice and digital communication, triaging each request, and guiding customers toward the appropriate resolution path. Strong communication, accuracy, and calm handling of escalated situations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve questions related to billing, service suspension, and order delays.
- Conduct initial triage and route concerns when specialised support is required.
- Interact with US-based customers through calls, emails, and chat.
- Document each case accurately in internal systems.
- Manage transactional queues related to service status, scheduling, and account updates.
- Drive complete end-to-end resolution on assigned cases.
- Maintain customer experience standards and performance KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Higher Secondary or Graduation
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or call center operations (telecom preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to stay composed during time-sensitive or complex conversations
- Comfortable working US shifts from the office
- Competent with Microsoft tools and CRM platforms
- Strong listening, documentation, and multi-tasking skills
