About the Role
As a Customer Care Executive for Seller Support, you will assist marketplace sellers with their operational queries, product listings, order-related issues, payment concerns, and platform compliance requirements. This role involves problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to deliver efficient support in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will work within defined SLAs while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and seller satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries related to orders, listings, payments, returns, and account status.
- Coordinate resolutions by understanding seller concerns and providing clear guidance.
- Support sellers with platform navigation, process clarifications, and adherence to marketplace policies.
- Log interactions accurately and provide updates within defined timelines.
- Identify common issues and escalate critical or unresolved cases as per workflow.
- Maintain seller satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on platform rules, process changes, and operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve seller experience and reduce repeat concerns.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Seller Support (mandatory).
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplace workflows.
- Ability to understand seller challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Sheets/Docs.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume interactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced domestic support environment.
Work Details:
- Shift Timing: Between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Work arrangement: As per operational requirements (WFO unless stated otherwise).
