Job Description – Customer Care Executive

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Customer Care Executive in Cebu:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor by being an attentive listener, friendly, and approachable. You’ll be a proactive, self-driven problem solver who engages both current customers and prospects. Your role is to identify customer needs, offer personalized solutions, and guide them to the best products, services, and promotions.
  • Effective Communication: You are expected to speak English and confidently engage with customers to explain product features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns. Your clear communication will be key to building trust and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability: You should be comfortable working on a graveyard shift and committed to a consistent 40-hour, Monday-to-Friday work schedule, showcasing flexibility and dedication.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: You will set personal sales goals and maintain a positive, can-do attitude even when faced with challenging calls. The ability to remain focused and resilient, bouncing back after a lost sale, will be crucial to your success.
  • Training & Development: Complete initial sales training and pass performance assessments. It will ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role.

Job Requirements – Customer Care Executive

Skills and qualities needed to thrive in the customer care executive role in Cebu:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Prior experience with inbound or outbound sales campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Five9 and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proven success in sales.
