Job Description – Customer Care Executive
Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Customer Care Executive in Cebu:
- Customer Service Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor and be an attentive listener who is friendly and approachable. You must also be a proactive, self-driven problem-solver who engages with existing customers and prospects. Your role demands identifying customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and guiding every customer to the best-suited products, services, and promotions.

Job Requirements – Customer Care Executive

- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
