As a customer support specialist, you will take on an essential role to support for inbound and outbound verification campaigns in a work-from-office environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling high-volume customer interactions while meeting quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu, Philippines, focused on verification accuracy, documentation, and customer experience.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple verification campaigns. The role requires strict adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, and data accuracy standards while delivering a professional and reliable customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring verification quality and meeting defined departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls across B2B, B2C, and door-to-door verification campaigns
- Read and follow approved scripts accurately during customer interactions
- Maintain effective and accurate record-keeping for all calls handled
- Adhere to compliance and call-handling requirements at all times
- Ensure verification processes meet defined quality standards and timelines
- Maintain the accuracy of data captured from verification records
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with all parties involved in the verification process
- Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience to prospective customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance goals
Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Customer Care Executive in Cebu:
- Customer Service Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor and be an attentive listener who is friendly and approachable. You must also be a proactive, self-driven problem-solver who engages with existing customers and prospects.
