Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate in the chat support process, you will respond to customer queries through online chat channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a positive service experience. This is a Work–From–Office role that requires strong English and Hindi comprehension, solid typing speed, and the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat in a professional, accurate, and customer-friendly manner.

Communicate clearly in both Hindi and English, based on customer preference.

Maintain high accuracy in written communication, ensuring correct grammar and sentence structure.

Navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools efficiently while handling customer interactions.

Maintain required typing speed and error-free communication in real time.

Follow quality standards and meet process benchmarks consistently.

Work in coordination with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operational performance.

Experience
