About the Role
You will support the Network Discords process by responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and accuracy. Your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational quality in this telecom customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
