Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive at Fusion CX in Kalyani, you will be vital in delivering outstanding customer service experience through multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Translating and communicating effectively between English and Bengali, with a strong command of Hindi.
  • Assisting suppliers or vendors with their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of eCommerce to provide informed and accurate assistance to these customers.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and implement solutions to customer issues, using strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Managing your time effectively in a 24×7 shift environment with a 9-hour workday.

Job Requirements:

An ideal candidate for the Customer Care Executive role in Kalyani must possess the following educational qualifications, skills, and qualities:

  • Education: High School (HS) graduate or equivalent; Graduation is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency:
