Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities of a customer care associate working for a leading Travel client in Manila:

  • Handle a significant number of inbound transactions, including phone, email, and chat support.
  • Document customer transactions in a web-based CRM system according to company procedures.
  • Identify and resolve customer needs promptly and effectively.
  • Promote value-added services during customer interactions.
  • Forward and escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary.
  • Track your performance KPIs through the Employee Portal.

Job Requirements

An ideal candidate for the customer care associate role in Manila must possess the following qualities:

  • At least six months of experience in a call center environment, handling customer service.
  • Strong listening and quick comprehension skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of background checks, pre-employment screening, and/or human resources will be an asset for the Customer Care Associate role.
