Job Description

As a third-party US collections Customer Care Associate at Fusion CX Noida, you will be critical in managing and recovering overdue accounts from US-based clients. Utilizing your expertise in debt collection and excellent communication skills, you will negotiate payment terms and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with clients to collect open invoices and discuss outstanding amounts.
  • Collection Techniques: Implement effective collection strategies to recover debts related to bill payments, etc.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up communications with customers to secure payment and resolve overdue amounts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities are legally compliant by strictly following the US debt collection laws, including FDCPA, UDAAP, and CFPB, as a collection specialist customer care associate.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets and goals, consistently delivering high performance and exceptional customer experience.

Job Requirements

Essential qualities and attributes of an ideal Third-Party US Collections customer care executive for the Noida team:

Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.

Experience: 1 – 2+ years of experience in third-party US collections, specifically with credit card and installment loans.

Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of US debt collection laws and regulations (FDCPA, UDAAP, CFPB).
  • Proficient in various collection techniques and strategies.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with targets and monthly goals.

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday

Availability: Must be reliable and available to work onsite in Noida, India, during specified shifts.
