Job Description

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Fusion CX’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers in fluent Italian and English, conveying information clearly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Feedback Collection: : Gather and provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer input.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Italian: Proficiency in spoken and written Italian is essential.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
