Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and email interactions
  • Assist customers with applications, account queries, payments, and general support
  • Clearly explain products and guide customers through processes step-by-step
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups to support completion of applications or pending actions

Operational & System Responsibilities

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and support systems
  • Review and validate customer information and documentation
  • Update customer records and manage cases in real time
  • Follow established workflows, compliance standards, and operational guidelines

Customer Experience & Problem Resolution

  • Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction

Business Improvement Support

  • Identify recurring customer concerns and operational gaps
  • Share insights and feedback to improve processes and service delivery
  • Participate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (contact center preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Ability to handle high volumes across multiple channels (voice, chat, email, SMS)
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
