Job Description:
About the Role
As a Credit Approval Representative at Fusion CX, you will assist customers applying for short-term financial services by validating their personal and employment details, ensuring eligibility, and guiding them through the approval process. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, confirm customer identity, update records, and connect qualified applicants to the next stage of the process — all while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
This role blends customer service, compliance, and communication skills in a structured environment where accuracy and service excellence define success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have applied for financial services and validate their personal and employment details.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Verify customer identity by confirming name, email, or other identifying details.
- Ask structured qualification questions to assess eligibility and determine next steps.
- Update customer information accurately in the system and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Build trust and rapport with customers while representing company values.
- Demonstrate consistent attendance, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Adapt to process changes, demonstrate willingness to learn, and handle challenging interactions with calmness and confidence.
- Transfer qualified customers to the appropriate agents for next-step processing.
Job Requirements:
- Education: At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (required). Financial services background preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute with accuracy.
- Skills:
- Excellent attendance record.
- Strong active listening and call-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask — typing while communicating clearly and effectively.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage high work volume with precision.
- Attention to detail and adherence to process compliance.
- Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Work Setup: On-site (Work from Office – Navi Mumbai).
- Shift: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
