This leadership role is based in either Manila or Cebu and reports directly to our VP of Client Success. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Partner with internal teams to align operations with client expectations.

Job Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Proven background in Client Success, Account Management, or Operations within a BPO/Healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage client-facing deliverables, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Skilled in handling client escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to work from Manila depending on business needs.
