About the Role

This hybrid role is based in either Manila or Cebu and reports directly to our VP of Client Success. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer retention programs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing client data to enhance service delivery, resolving client issues, and developing strategies to improve overall client experience.   • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Partner with internal teams to align operations with client expectations.

  • Develop and execute solutions to meet client goals and ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes and account growth.
  • Provide insights, reports, and recommendations directly to the VP of Client Success.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
