Job Description – Client Specialist

About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Client Success Manager, the Client Specialist acts as a liaison between clients and the company. You’ll assist clients via phone, addressing questions and concerns related to their program, clarifying details, and educating them about available services. Your goal is to provide effective solutions that support both client satisfaction and company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently by critically thinking and identifying win-win solutions and offering recommendations to address their concerns.
  • Consistently handle client contacts routed to the employee during their scheduled shift and meet pre-determined key performance metrics, which include but are not limited to quality, working rate, average handle time, and revenue-generating metrics.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers to foster continuous business and deliver superior customer service in accordance with our call handling department’s expectations.
  • Educate customers on the value of our services by serving as a dedicated brand ambassador for the program.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of our products and services to serve clients best and make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with others, as needed, to determine the best outcome.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
