Overview

Responsibilities – Call Routing Specialists/Clicker Agents

• Call Monitoring: Monitor incoming call queues to verify the legitimacy of each call, distinguishing real customer interactions from automated or spam calls.
• Call Filtering: Filter out non-legitimate calls and route valid calls to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
• Efficiency Maintenance: Maintain high productivity and focus in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth call flow and efficient customer service operations.
• Support and Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.

Requirements – Call Routing Specialists/Clicker Agents

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly assess and act on information from call queues.
• Computer Skills: Basic skills in computer navigation and call center technologies.
• High-Volume Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment.
