Job Description:

As a Cash Collection Specialist at Fusion CX Kosovo, you will play a critical role in managing customer collections. You’ll communicate directly with German-speaking customers to resolve payment issues and ensure that payments are processed on time, maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage the collection process for outstanding payments from customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to resolve billing issues and secure timely payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies in payments or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment statuses in our system.
• Provide exceptional service by ensuring all customer queries are handled promptly and effectively.
• Monitor ageing reports and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cash collection process.

Job Requirements:

Key Qualities for Success as a German speaking Cash Collection Specialist in Fusion CX Kosovo:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage customer relations effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
