About the Role

As a Cash Collection Specialist (German), you will contact clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, manage payment-related inquiries, and maintain detailed records of all financial interactions. Your goal will be to foster positive client relationships, support consistent cash flow, and ensure accurate and professional resolution of all collection matters.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English (B2, C1, or C2 level).
• Minimum of one year of experience in cash collection, finance, or customer service.
