Job Description – Call Center Agent – Technical (Digital Marketing Support)
Job Summary
As a Call Center Agent – Technical, you will play a crucial role in supporting multi-channel campaign execution by collaborating closely with our Campaign Operations team. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing digital marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and reports, assuring consistency, efficiency, and data quality throughout. This role requires strong attention to detail, enthusiasm for digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed. Your responsibilities will evolve in alignment with business direction and team needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
These tasks are subject to change depending on business direction and department needs.
- Collaborate with Campaign Operations to design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Build and optimize digital assets including marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and reports.
- Develop reusable templates for consistent branding and operational efficiency.
- Document and maintain campaign workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality by normalizing and uploading contact data into marketing databases in line with privacy regulations.
- Train and support marketing team members on campaign tools, best practices, and reporting frameworks.
Job Requirements – Call Center Agent – Technical
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of technical service experience or experience in relevant roles
Required Qualities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends in digital and email marketing.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive email design, and web development principles.
