Job Description – Customer Service Representative – Thai

As a Customer Service Associate, you must maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while providing excellent customer service. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate across various channels (phone, SMS, email, and chat), and, most importantly, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

What You Will Be Responsible as a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative at Fusion CX Manila:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound transactions, providing phone, SMS, and email/chat-based support to customers.
  • Document customer transactions accurately in a web-based CRM system, following company procedures.
  • Identify and resolve customer needs by providing clear, effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Perform outbound calls as necessary to follow up on customer issues or provide proactive assistance.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to supervisors or the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Track and monitor your personal performance KPIs through the company’s employee portal, ensuring adherence to goals.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism and a helpful attitude in every interaction.
