Job Description – Customer Service Representative – Bahasa-Malay

As a customer service associate in Manila, it is your responsibility to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while delivering outstanding service. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate through various channels (phone, SMS, email, and chat). Most importantly, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
