Job Description:

Key Responsibilities of a Bilingual Collections Agent in Kingston, Jamaica:

• Find and contact clients to inquire about overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Update account status records and document collection efforts.
• Utilize strong negotiating skills to resolve outstanding debts.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English.
• Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and have the ability to work under pressure.
• Handle difficult customer interactions with patience and politeness as an efficient collection agent.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the team.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual Collection Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
