Job Description – Back Office

Role Overview

We are looking for candidates for these back office roles who can:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and comprehension skills in both English and German.
  • Read and process large volumes of written content with attention to detail.
  • Summarize and structure information into smaller, logical segments.
  • Conduct reliable online research to validate claims and facts within the content.
  • Contribute directly to the fine-tuning and improving large language models through critical review and structured analysis.

Job Requirements – Back Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates with no Bachelor’s degree but experience in the area for these back office roles.
  • Experience writing professionally (business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualities

  • Multilingual capabilities are mandatory in English and German
  • Analytical Skills: Good research and analytical skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with US hours
