About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting business leaders in achieving hiring goals. You will oversee sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder engagement, recruitment analytics, and hiring process optimization to ensure timely delivery of quality talent. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a dynamic, performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business functions and hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery against hiring targets.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare analytical reports to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, reports, and compliance with organizational hiring processes.
• Stay updated on recruitment market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation in any discipline is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and modern sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and recruitment reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
