About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance, you will oversee quality monitoring processes, support operational compliance, and help improve overall service quality through structured analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure quality standards, process adherence, and continuous improvement across workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret, implement, and maintain company quality assurance standards and processes

  • Track, document, and report quality performance metrics and operational trends
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Investigate quality concerns and ensure resolution according to internal guidelines and compliance standards

  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain issue tracking logs
  • Prepare internal quality reports, audit summaries, and performance insights for leadership review
  • Support training and coaching initiatives for quality standards, systems, and operational processes

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A graduation in any discipline
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Audits, or Operational Compliance preferred
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methods, standards, and reporting processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including reporting tools, spreadsheets, and database management
  • Ability to interpret trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
