About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Insurance Operations & Partner Management, you will be responsible for overseeing policy servicing operations, managing insurer and broker relationships, monitoring operational performance, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with underwriting, claims, operations, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong operational expertise, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Operations Management

  • Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve escalations related to policy servicing and claims support.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and service commitments.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with insurance companies and broker partners.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support initiatives to improve partner performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with insurer and partner stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal and external teams.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Prepare business performance reports and operational dashboards.
  • Analyze sales trends, conversion metrics, claim ratios, and profitability indicators.
  • Monitor business performance against established targets and KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
  • Support strategic planning through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation in any discipline.

Experience

  • Experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, claims support, partner management, customer service operations, or related domains preferred.
  • Experience working with insurers, brokers, underwriting teams, or claims operations is advantageous.
  • Exposure to operational reporting, KPI management, and business analytics preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and policy servicing processes.
