About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Training, you will manage end-to-end new hire training programs, evaluate learning impact, and ensure readiness across operational teams. The position requires strong presentation skills, process understanding, and the ability to translate complex operational topics into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire training batches and ensure successful completion.
  • Oversee training deliverables and achieve defined throughput targets.
  • Design and create engaging learning experiences aligned with process outcomes.
  • Conceptualize, develop, test, and review training materials.
  • Maintain a centralized database of all training content and updates.
  • Review trainers’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collate post-training feedback to measure effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Develop periodic assessments to identify training needs.
  • Communicate refresher training requirements based on TNI and BQM insights.
  • Track and compile training performance data and present insights in WBR/MBR forums.
  • Collaborate with managers, trainers, and leadership to align training strategies.
  • Provide improvement recommendations to stakeholders based on operational observations.
  • Manage PKT readiness for assigned processes.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation from a recognized institution.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in training operations or learning management within customer support environments.
  • Strong team management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to articulate complex topics with clarity and structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of RCA methodologies.
  • Experience creating structured training strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet defined deadlines.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Confident presenter in review forums and performance discussions.
