Job Description – AGM / Senior Manager (Banking Operations – Verification Process)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the verification process for a leading bank across the East region.
  • Supervise a team of approximately 200 employees including field officers (FOS), backend staff, and supervisors.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of verification tasks.
  • Travel extensively across East India for supervision, audits, and team engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements – AGM / Senior Manager (Banking Operations – Verification Process)

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking operations with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of East India’s geography and banking landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and banking systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regional locations.
