Job Description – Accounts Manager (Sales Campaign)
As an Accounts Manager for a sales campaign, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned sales campaign.
- Managing large groups of employees to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and client expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while serving as the main point of contact.
- Ensuring process compliance, performance delivery, and service excellence across the account.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Training, Quality, and HR, to drive operational efficiency.
- Monitoring account performance and preparing reports for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements to achieve business goals.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to supervisors and frontline agents.
- Maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and business priorities.
Job Requirements – Accounts Manager (Sales Campaign)
- Minimum 5 years of BPO experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in managing accounts with large groups of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client communications and maintain business relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management abilities.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility to meet business and client demands.
- Proficiency in reporting, process management, and performance monitoring tools.
- Based in or willing to work from Belize City.
