She is a night owl, as many of the best BPO people are. Chocolates instantly lift her mood. After a long day, TL Berbie needs Pancit Canton Chili Mansi with bread and a cold Coke, spice, citrus, warmth, and comfort in one specific combination. Her favourite actor is Marian Rivera. Her favourite singer is Regine Velasquez, whose song has been carrying this whole story from the first line.

And her secret work habit: live monitoring her agents without them knowing. She watches over them quietly and pours strength into everyone in her life.

And then there are the moments that remind us not to take life too seriously. Asked about the funniest thought she has ever had during a stressful work moment, TL Barbie laughed and admitted that she once imagined eating a live chicken just to relieve the stress.

Thankfully for the chicken, the thought remained only a thought.
