Overview – Customer Support Specialist:
Join Fusion CX’s Kosovo operations to support customers in Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, and Luxembourgish. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver multilingual assistance for a fast-growing e-commerce platform, ensuring great CX from anywhere in Kosovo.
Responsibilities – Customer Support Specialist:
- Respond to customer concerns with clarity and courtesy across channels
- Help users navigate orders, returns, and app functionality
- Follow internal procedures and maintain service standards
- Support your peers and supervisors with feedback for improvement
Qualifications – Customer Support Specialist:
- Native/near-native in Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Luxembourgish.
- Previous experience in CX or remote work is a plus
- Must have access to a reliable computer and internet
