Senior Collections Operations Manager

Fusion CX seeks a Senior Collections Operations Manager to lead our credit and collections departments. This role involves managing collections strategies, information analysis, and team leadership to enhance successful repayment outcomes. Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize collections on outstanding debt, ensuring alignment with company policy.
  • Manage the collections department’s operations to meet or exceed performance goals, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze department data, create collection approaches based on insights, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with other departments and leadership to enhance department efficiency and company profitability.
  • Played a key role in proposal development for new business opportunities, managed collections operations across multiple sites, and provided leadership in subject matter expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in 1st and 3rd party Collections, including mastery of collections strategies and dialer technology.
  • Strong background in personnel management, project management, and customer service, with the ability to navigate change positively.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a business-focused mindset and understanding of the company’s vision and goals.
  • Proficiency in PC skills (Word/Excel) and a solid track record of providing superior customer service.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Office Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Onsite Position: Berkeley Lake, GA 30092. **
