Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate for a premier E-commerce client, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and services in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide support in regional languages (Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada) combined with fluent English.
  • Handle a variety of customer issues, including resolving complaints, troubleshooting, and providing product information.
  • Manage and document customer interactions efficiently using internal systems.

  • Work in rotational shifts (24×7) and adhere to the scheduled working hours, including rotational week offs.
