About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent for First Responder Network Support, you will assist users of a private, high-speed wireless broadband network designed exclusively for public safety professionals. You will provide exceptional service in a secure, paperless call center environment, ensuring first responders and their families have the support they need, when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and respectful support to first responders and their families.
  • Navigate CRM and billing systems efficiently to resolve inquiries.
  • Work in a secure, paperless environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Maintain consistent attendance and reliability throughout assigned shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements
