Job Description – Bilingual Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Support Specialist in the Kosovo team:
- Provide high-quality customer support in English & German or English & Italian for technical inquiries, software issues, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, chat, and phone calls, delivering clear and concise solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, offering solutions and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Ensure that support requests are addressed promptly, especially during night shift hours.
- Assist in improving the overall customer experience by identifying and resolving recurring issues.
Job Requirements – Bilingual Support Specialist
Required Skills & Qualifications of Bilingual Support Specialist in Fusion CX Kosovo:
- Fluency in English and either German or Italian (both written and spoken).
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of troubleshooting, software, and IT systems.
- Experience in customer support roles via email, chat, and phone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technical support tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially night shifts.
